Hi,
just me - or i´m doing something wrong?
Testing Noisemaker 64 mainly vst - but seems to happen also on lv2:
On carla, muse and tracktion - after loading a stored song / preset (carla) within the
host - all sliders are set to zero, the switches are empty.
Only qtractor does the trick and restores the sound.
It also works with energy XT - but in 32 bit bit of course.

Which version of noisemaker are you running? If you have it from the kxstudio repos, please post the output of:
I´m using opensuse - used noisemaker versions:
tal-plugins_linux64_20120518.7z
tal-plugins-vst_20130429-0kxstudio1_amd64.deb (.so pulled out with ark)
plugins go to /home/username/.vst

if you are not comfortable with compiling software, please wait for the next release pack (which will be out soon)

yes you´re right, only compilng when there is no other way ... dependencies hell
only having premake4 here ... getting
./scripts/premake-update.sh: line 31: premake: command not found.
I think I have to wait, but thanks for quick help!

Did read, but there´s no premake3 for suse,
maybe I´m wrong, last premake3 was 3.7 and it is from 2008?

Just for the record,
I´ve compiled premake3, compiled Distro - and after a half night with compiling fun
I have 24 plugs which aren´t recognised by any host.
Sorry I give up ... really should wait.

I've found that LMMS handles many VST instrument plugins very well. Have you tried that? (It's included in the KXStudio repos.)

Thanks for the recommendation, but I want to use linux-vst. LMMS only runs windows-vst.
The plugins don´t function cause I´m not able to compile them in the right way - but no problem
I can wait for the binaries.
