where does dssi-vsst keep config on plugins??

Where does dssi-vst keeps it config on the plugins it has found.there are .fst files in my vst folder..and there a .dssi cache folder in home.Heres what Im trying to do.One of the Vst's I have is a fabfilter one...its a audio vst..but dssi sees it as a vst synth so I cant use it as a audio plugin in Rosegarden.I want to feed hexter into fabfilter and see what sounds I can get out of the 2.the .fst files in my vst folder doesnt seem to make a refernce between a vst or vsti..example..

IM not sure if one of those numbers at top classifies it.I thought Id ask and see if anyone knew.
