Anyone use Intel Turbo Boost?

This is essentially the reverse of AMD's Cool 'n Quiet technology. I have an AMD chip but I have to disable Cool 'n Quiet because I get xruns whenever the CPU changes its clock speed. It happens in both Linux and WIndows. Will Turbo Boost cause problems for me?

i don't think so - at least i'd try to have it always enabled so the transition wouldn't get you xruns.
