guitarix ? I'll check this out. If jconv makes it in there, that would very interesting. I'll keep an eye on this project. I heard of something called Aella but is there any beta source code to toy around with ?

Aella was or is supposed to be the gui for jconv but as you said, can't find it. I think that's what the developer meant but working on a gui.
