What is a good cheap new netbook to get?

I have had two netbooks, an Aspire One (the first edition, installed Ubuntu Netbook Remic on that), I am in the process of selling that. I now also have a Compaq Q-mini, loaded with Fedora 14. A netbook can make a very convenient scratch pad or maybe a quick portable (low requirement) soft synth or DJ'ing tool. But for serious audio production my experience is that Atom processors really don't have the horsepower. Their specialty is battery life and they tend to boot fast.
