I managed to lower latency in jack setup to 5msec working on parameters. But I don't know what value I should insert in "input device", "output device", ecc, fields in order to have a master output and a headphone output from the console.

I suggest you open a new post in the the system configuration thread or in ubuntustudio forum.
Give the output of:
lsusb
(at least the line corresponding to your BCD3000)
cat /proc/asound/cards
cat /proc/asound/modules
aplay -l
Also, when jack is active:
cat .jackdrc
jack_lsp
aplaymidi -l
Plusr a short description of what you want to achieve and what you have done so far.
