Hi friends from here in Ol' Chairmoney

Hi my friends in making music and so making this world a little better.

I'm glad I joined you in this excellent place and I'm excited about the things to learn from you and maybe can give back somthing to the community.

In real live my name is Gerard, I come from the middle of Germany. Being 48 years old (yes, humans CAN get that age!) I spent many years on making music. In the difficult years of my youth it was my guiding line. I started learning the piano at the age of 6, continued playing keyboards and had my first band at the age of 14. I like all kinds of music, as a keyborader preferring (thats our nature) the monumental stuff ;-)

I just got me a EMU Longboard and a Lexicon Omega Studio and ruan these things on a HP machine under Ubuntu Studio. Everything runs really fine, these days I try to figure out that Midi stuff, I saw a lot of interesting material to improve my skills just here at this place.

So friends..... let the good times roll. And NEVER let the music die.

G.

Being 33, it's good to know 48 is possible ;-)

When asked about his philosophy of life Spinal Tap's keyboardist Viv Savage replied:

"My philosophy is, have a good time all the time."

It's been working for me for the past 59 years. :)

Oh yeh, I almost forgot: Welcome to LM !

Best,
