Anyway, a little about myself....Pro drummer until 7 years ago when the knee joints could no take it any more (how I made my living 4 to 6 nights a week...every week)
Have always had a studio in some shape or forum, finally going Digital around 2002, and fully in 2005 when I found the Kristal Audio Engine. I then went to Cubase, and currently use Studio One & Reaper beside TrakAx, Kristal, & other software as I see fit.
Been a Linux observer since the floppy disk days, but really never had the time to fully devote to it. Now it seems like the Audio side has almost caught up to the Desktop side, so I decided to jump back in about a year ago. A Simply Mepis lover, but never for audio. I found ArtistX about 3 days ago and finally feel that I have a platform to work with.
Anyway, there is my long winded introduction. Tho I will more than likely not be a major contributer, I hope to at least be able to jump in at times!
