So the output of cat /proc/asound/version (assuming that's what you mean by ASLA version) is:
Ubuntu Studio ALSA version Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version k5.19.0-1007-lowlatency.
AV Linux ALSA version Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version k6.4.1-2-liquorix-amd64.
I have tried alternative kernels in AV Linux both earlier and later versions, all had the same problem.
As the problem is occurring without Jack running at all I'm assuming it's not a Jack version issue.
