So I ordered a new guitar (ibanez s521-mol mahogany oil):

and have a lot of fun with it already. It's not extremely expensive nor extremely cheep. But it's exactly in the range were the seller don't do the setup for you. They send it out as they get it from Ibanez. So, after some fun it's time to adjust the neck and bridge, and then doing the intonation. Hence, that's the point were I noticed that the interface of my XTuner isn't really helpful to do that. So I rewrote it to get the job done. That is the result:

A guitar? What a disappointment. I thought it was going to be an interesting new instrument. In other words, a new keyboard.
The guitar is so 1950's.

Hi, I love the oiled mahogany finish, it looks very sharp! The bass player I work with has a similar finish Ibanez bass. Ibanez (and Yamaha) make very good gear for the money.
The intonation improvements to the tuner are very handy indeed, thanks!

I love how that guitar looks. I bought a nice midrange Sigma acoustic last year and found it a little wanting out of the box. Took it back to the shop's guitar tech and had a lovely chat while he adjusted the truss rod and filed the nut, and I also smoothed the neck a bit. It's a different guitar now, much improved. He said practically all guitars need setup after shipping, even ones that may cost $10,000.
Nice tuner too, thank you for that. It seems more accurate and responsive than my Snark2.

I just bought a new instrument! Here's a picture of it.

It has a built-in hum-phucker pickup (not to be confused with humbucker. Hum-phucker is a different company started by a disgruntled ex-employee who stole all of humbucker's trade secrets. It's such a sordid situation that even Behringer refuses to copy Hum-phucker's product line on principle). I'm pairing this with a 3000 watt marshal stack driving 12 16" woofers. You haven't heard anything until you hear me "hum" the opening line of Jethro Tull's "Aqualung" on this baby. It'll knock your socks off, or in the case of transvestites like Raboof, it'll knock your stilettos off.
It's made by the same chinese slave workers that manufacture all of Apple's products, The only difference is that this product is marked up only 100 percent over manufacturing cost, unlike Apple's usual 1,000 percent markup. I ordered it with the faux gold finish that really captures the glisten of my spittle after a few minutes of humming open-mouthed into a metal tube. Ain't she a beauty? And is it weird thqat I use a female gender pronoun to describe something shaped like a penis? (Especially considering that it's played with the mouth).

okay, those kind of instruments I've leaved behind me 10 or 20 years ago. We used it a lot, but behind or before the stage, but never on stage. (I'm German so not legal here)

Yes indeed, I use the prebuilt binary. Can confirm it works perfectly on my Debian Bullseye.

What the hell were you doing with that kazoo which makes it illegal??
I've heard germans are kinky, but this is over the top,
"Ich bin ein Poofter?" as Monty Python would have put it?
I'm joking, tramp. Just wanted to point that out just in case it doesn't register with the german sense of humour. <<Runs away>>
P.S. Klaus Schwab has a bowl of bugs for you to eat.
