Hi to all,

i'm arriving near to start my audioworkstation.
Before installing the DAW or DAWS :) (this will be the last), i have to plug in my audio cards on my arch linux.
I have a 3rd gen focus rite 2. I think it would be very simple to install and configure.
Then i have an old alva naoface that works very well on windows. The drivers don't exist, i contacted the support and asking for some source code (even if i have no idea how to rempile in case for linux). The alva nanoface, RME babydface clone ia real good card with great input and HI-z input for guitar and bass.
Have you ever used the alva and tried to use in linux.
I've only found this: https://github.com/Ape/nanoface nut it's not a driver porting in linux.

Which audio card do you suggest for linux, audio cards or some moodular mixer with a dac to connect and use it with lv2 synth or something else?

Thanks
bye

Yes,

i posted also there.

artix linux is even much more easier to install and handle as pure arch linux, maybe, because with Artix you will get a live iso, fully integrated desktop environment of your choice, tools for easy customizing and of course with graphical installation.

Ok perfect! Good Artix Linux :)
