[solved] undesirable tempo changes

Post by Impostor »

I am not satisfied with the tempo I had initially set in a project. So I'm looking for the correct tempo by adjusting it during playback (with the toolbar).

Problem is, every adjustment to the tempo in this way records a tempo change event in the master track at the playhead location. Is there a way to prevent that?

Edit: I already found it! Coffee does wonders sometimes. Simply disable "use mastertrack tempo".

I recall @spamatica suggested that we leave the master track on/off icon in the off state at first to avoid these confusions.
