Limiting to a certain LUFS

Are there any native limiters which set the threshold according to what the outputting LUFS value would be?

There is a function in izotope's maximizer where it will 'learn' the threshold so that it sets it automatically according to the integrated LUFS level that you specify and I would like to be able to do this in a linux native plugin.
