The RAM readings are while playing the instrument.
They remain quite the same, whereas CPU usage changes depending on how many notes I'm playing.
My laptop has just 4GB of RAM, but that's never been a problem with SFZ libraries.
Some huge SF2 (above 600MB) use 20% but are still playable (although I seldom play them).
