Hello, is driver for steinberg ur12 on linux ubuntu studio?
And is same quality or better than recording on Windows?

The driver does not provide better or worse audio quality under different operating systems. The driver only establishes the full, stable, low-latency, ... functions of the audio/MIDI interface. IMHO
