Qtractor and native Linux VST

Post by studio32 »

Hey,

AFAIK qtractor supports native Linux VST. I have installed some from the repo of falktx, but it seems I can only choose LV2, dssi and Ladspa in Qtractor...

mmh a bit confused about the meaning of native... But maybe I should build it with VST support first (also for Linux Native VSTs)?

You'll need to build it with VST support, yes. VST is VST is Steinberg. "Native Linux" only means you don't need a Windows compatibility layer, like Wine.
