R.I.P Sadie Oct. 19th 2007-January 5th 2023

Post by GMaq »

Hi,

I know I haven't been very active down here in a while but last year I posted several live Videos in this forum section with our little dog Sadie in them and she seemed to get as many comments as the music and performances themselves.. So for those of you who remember and were in the Sadie fan club I wanted to pass along that Sadie passed away this past week in her 17th human year.. She was a music fan to the end and always had to be in the room when we were rehearsing and recording. She is dearly missed and was a huge part of our lives.

So sorry to hear it G. Sadie was a star in those videos!

It's crushing to lose a beloved pet at any age. They go through it all with us. Peace to you and the family.

That's a great album, some tremendous pics in there, wise to have those memories organized so well!

NOOOOOOOOOOO! Not Sadie!

I don't know what your band is going to do now that you've lost your manager.

Those are great photos of your faithful friends! Many years after our dog died, we were able to dog-sit this past Christmas week for one of our kids gone on vacation. Great combo of fun and responsibility. The harder it rained, the more often the dog wanted to go for a walk. I suspect Sadie will approve of a new pup with which to share new memories. My wife couldn't bare the grief of a second dog passing, but if possible, I hope you'll find a new bandmate in due season.

That's terrible news, as someone living with 3 cats (and dreading the moment they may not be here any longer) I really feel for you, I'm so sorry for your loss :(

I am a bit late, but I am so sorry for your loss. My dog Shelley (a rescue from ireland) is sleeping across my legs as I type this). I can't imagine life without her.

MusE DAW running on Debian 11 Testing/XFCE4.
