- over 18 years of playing the guitar
- over 14 years of using Linux (around 6 exclusively)
- over 7 years of making music on Linux (and knowing about this forum),
I finally decided to make an account here.
The main reason is that I recently bought a highly speced laptop, installed Ubuntu-Studio, and have ran into problems I have not had on my lower speced older laptop with Ubuntu running on it.
So maybe, instead of trying 10 year old solutions which don't work anymore, I will now get some tailored answers from real people to my specific problems. And maybe, just maybe, I can be helpful too
