[SOLVED] sfizz crashes Reaper on EndeavourOS with Pipewire

I should add that I am accessing the encrypted drive via a live pop os stick to make the changes in /etc

yeah, sfizz is not crashing anymore.... I am joking....
this software crashed everytime I ve looked at it.
And I dont believe the good people here, the bystanders....this solved tag here....in real world I would bet that its not true....
but hey real or fake, I dont care

I can say, so far i ain't having any troubles with sfizz. The only time sfizz acts up is when i start to load a new file or preset and I've had a lil too much earthy greens , and lose the "open preset' window dialogue, and forget all about it. Moments later when i try to do something in sfizz, i get no response from it and then i have to force quit reaper. All because i left an "open preset" dialogue floating in space.

For some time (2011-2017) , qtractor was my goto platform. I gave up on it cause i found skimming through presets on many plugins including those by same qtractor author, made qtractor suddenly quit or crash. I'm sure things are better now but i refuse to constantly address that pink elephant in my living room.

If you don't mind me asking, can you describe the instability?....or what makes it unstable? I do find the current version a whole lot less stable than "stable" version.
