Hello everyone, I have quit using PS and have started using GIMP. Can someone please educate me as to how to install plugins? I tried searching on YouTube, but all the videos are about windows.

I'm utilising GIMP 2.10.30 with Linux mint.

Sorry to say, but this forum is about making music, and plugins we talk are audio plugins.

But while you are here, as gimp user I'd like to know what kind of plugins there is for gimp?

Debian has a package called gimp-plugin-registry which installs a truckload of plugins. Maybe Mint has that package.
But yeah, this is an audio forum. There must be more appropriate GIMP forums or other sources which have much more relevant info and suggestions for you.
