Yast is definitely something great. (Yet Another Set up Tool)
But the openbuild service usual offers a one click install.
I have found issues before though, with installing stuff from official openSUSE repositories, music related.
LMMS ? hmm I never tried that, I use Ardour, was once a reply I got from the package builder.
Openbuild service is also worth a look for people not on opensuse.
There are sometimes also packages for other distro.
