I have been attempting to setup an AV MX operating system on a laptop that I want to give to a younger person. The problem I am having is that I have not been successful in downloading the system. Everytime I start, the download rapidly goes slower and slower until it gets to prehistorically slow download speeds as if I am on a bad dial-up system. I am talking about 14.5 bps.... And then the download (if you can call it that) crashes.
It's not my own internet service that is causing this. And it does not happen with anything else I try to download.
