All the custom themes made for 2.x that I know, including mine, are broken in Audacity 3.2.x (probably also for 3.x versions but didn't try it). Until now I haven't seen a big reaction, so probably most of the Audacity userbase is just using the default theme.

Debian Sid updated recently to 3.2, so expect it to arrive sooner or later on Ubuntu screens too (wih spyware removed hopefully).

I installed to /home/USER/.config/MusE/MusE/themes/ I don't have the folder that you say in your instruction. I use the AppImage though.

I'm sorry but it seems the AppImage version is not able to load the theme:
Code: Select all
-> 15:50:56.564 Load theme...
loading style sheet <Xcolors> failed
I have no clue, you may ask MusE devs why the AppImage version can see the theme but can't load it.
I tried MusE 4.1 from Debian repos and it can load the theme without problems.

Might not have made it clear when I typed so just to be sure "USER" is to be replaced with your username.

I've installed your themes for Ardour6, and Muse, in MXDE-EFL 21. Both work successfully. I will eventually reduce the saturation, but you're off to a good start, imho.
Thanks for doing this, for us.
Alex.

Re: Themes for Ardour, Zrythm, Audacity, etc.
@LAM: I really like this theme (I use it in Ardour), but I have one problem with it. The "scroll bar" (the place where you can click and hold to scroll) is really hard to see, due to the lack of contrast.
For instance, if you look at and look at the bottom of the mixer window, the scroll bar is very hard to see. (In this case it takes the full length, but when you can scroll, it is hard to find the position.)
Is it possible to change the color of the scroll bars?

I'm still looking for a solution for this, it's among the things I want to change.
