Colleges That Record Music With Linux?

So I've been trying to figure out what college I want to go to study music. I'm trying to find a school that's hip and postmodern. A school that might host a string quartet, an electronic music outfit, a hip hop group, and a Brazilian orchestra all in the same event; no explanations, no apologies. That's why I'm really attracted to Berklee School of Music right now. They even offer recording classes...

Okay, well, recording classes with ProTools. Damn it. I want to learn about recording music without being required to shell out hundreds of dollars. Does anybody know of ANY colleges that have classes in recording music with Linux?
