I've had a working environment for quite some time on my Debian testing machine, then one day, possibly after an upgrade but can't be sure as a few months have passed (I'm recovering from a road accident) suddenly all MIDI devices (MIDI interface, USB master keyboard, Korg PADKontrol, etc) disappeared from all MIDI software running through WINE. They're still perfectly visible and useable by Linux native software, but no Windows program, be it Reaper or a stand alone instrument, can see them. I uninstalled Wine, tried different versions, tried different kernels, tried to run it through PlayonLinux so it would ignore config files in the home directory, but no cigar. I searched the net for people having the same problems, but found nothing. Any ideas?
