Routing CCs to différents curves.

Hello people!
I'm searching for a VST plugin tha can route midi signal to différents curves. I know midimap, but doesn't work really good with my wind controller, it have a lot of crashes...
Some thing like Cantabile in windows, I know this soft works with wine, but it could be nice to find something open and native.
Do you have any ideas?
