Set delay for room microphone and spot microphone in qtractor for live time alignment

Hello,
last week I was recording with a room microphone and a spot microphone using qtractor.
I realized that I did not know how to set the delay for one microphone to adjust for the
distance. I ended up putting the microphones relatively close to another...
With my mobile recorder (Tascam DR40) I can easily set this and I think the rule of thumb is
3ms/m.
Does someone know how to do this?
P.S.
I forgot to to mention that I would need this delay already in monitoring not just after the recording.
