Thank you, and its probably time for a bandcamp account anyway.
Until now I was not happy enough myself to try bandcamp.
This is the first time were I am like, this does not sound that bad.
Talking purely about mixing.
With my previous tracks I was never really happy, but had no clue on how to do better.
Only recently I started to do frequency cutting and it does help a lot I now have studio monitors and a gaming headset.
Its the swtching between the two type of speakers that helps a lot.
Also me still watching a lot of you tube vids.
Like yesterday were somebody with albeton was taking about dotted basslines.
At first I was like wtf ? But then realized something I know from sheet music.
A dot behind a note makes it longer, and that was what he mend with dotted base lines.
I learn a lot from you tube vids, and it does not bother me they usual don't use lmms but albeton or cubase.
If you understand what they are doing you 99% of the time can do it in lmms too, even though some stuff is a bit more work.
No fancy dials for humanization and swing, but that does not mean we cant do it in LMMS and I am pretty sure, it can be done in about any daw.
Like how I like to call it, make music on your pc that does not sound like its made on a pc.
Every note perfectly timed and all notes as loud as the others.
One trick I learned a while ago. Make the 1 in 1,2,3,4 a bit louder. It seems real drummer do this even if they don't know they do.
