Install a program? (Pianoteq ARM-64bit)

Hi,
I need help/advice to install a program on the Odroid N2+.
I've downloaded and uncompressed the program (Pianoteq ARM-64bit), but Linux doesn't recognize the file as a program, it keeps asking if I'd like to open the file with another application. I've tried this on fresh installs & updates of Ubuntu MATE, Armbian and Manjaro, with the same results. So whatever I'm doing wrong, I'm doing it wrong consistently
Any ideas? Is there something else I need to do to install programs like this?
