I have the following CME WIDI-X8 Wireless MIDI Interface, working on MS Windows:

I was unable to find any information concerning its use with Linux.
Do you know if there's a way to use it in Ubuntu?
Thanks in advance.

Looks like it could be a standard class-compliant USB MIDI device - in that case it should work just fine in Ubuntu.uburoland wrote:I have the following CME WIDI-X8 Wireless MIDI Interface, working on MS Windows:

You might want to try plugging it in and seeing if it appears in qjackctl, under 'connect' in the ALSA tab.

Yes, it works fine in Ubuntu and it's automatically recognized.raboof wrote: Looks like it could be a standard class-compliant USB MIDI device - in that case it should work just fine in Ubuntu.
