Sounds to me like you are using a rather crappy soundcard. I always thought IRQ conflicts were a thing of the distant past, and noise from unused inputs is something old analog consoles have.

In these days technology has been developed very much. Following computer hardware can be used to prepare a good computer.
SATA Sygate, WD or Maxtor Hard drive
Intel origional processors
The motherboard of Intel is reliable
Realtek Audio device
