Synth over the internet
Hi,
Do you know of any software that will allow me to send MIDI data over the internet to a machine running a synth/sampler and receive audio back? I'd also like to be able to see/control the GUI of the synth on the remote machine.
I know VNC and xpra can handle audio but I've not seen a system that can also handle MIDI.
Thanks.

Re: Synth over the internet
Client part can be built for Linux. Server part is Win/Mac only yet due plugin's window sharing (some kind of VNC or RDP) implementation.d.healey wrote: βTue Jun 02, 2020 10:44 pmLooks like Windows/Mac onlyKott wrote: βTue Jun 02, 2020 9:39 pm Hi,

Re: Synth over the internet
No, it works if you have direct network access to another machine, any VPN-like software should work
