identifying a song AND artist

Sorry, I had to truncate the mp3 to be able to up it
It's part of the Gibson guitar course I bought many years ago, I asked the guy who sells the kit who plays it but he couldn't tell me.
I'd like to ID it cause I want to SEE the the duo or trio that plays it. Tried all the on-line jokes but NONE came up with a solution even though it's one of the older songs I can think of, Scarborough Fair!
