VAMP as realtime plugins

Post by Basslint »

Hello,

is there a way to run VAMP plugins in realtime mode? I know they are meant for audio labeling but they could be useful for things like polyphonic pitch tracking as well.

I don't think so, they are pretty slow. What are you trying to achieve with the polyphonic pitch tracking that requires it to be real-time? There are other real-time friendly pitch tracking algorithms that are available under free licenses.

Do you know any that are polyphonic?
