I really love parlors. I once came across a (modern) one by Simon & Patrick that really blown my mind.
By listening at your audio I had the feeling that the bridge might need tuning, as the chords all sounded out of tune. So, either that or the instrument wasn't tuned properly.
Setting up the bridge for these guitars is quite tricky, as you need to actually modify it. If you don't want to alter the original one you might buy a new one instead.
Other than that, it sounds great. A random, dirty record through a phone has already a nice Delta Blues feeling.

Wow what a great find, it looks really cool! I agree it has a very nice 'delta' tone..
Will look forward to hearing it with some harp..
