Nice composition. The cello and the flute are quite something. What are the soundfonts that you are using ? They are so lively. The first mechanical instruments of the exposition are very interesting. Brings another meaning to "airhead" :D

"Squirrelrace" by Dmitry Golubovsky, the piece that played after, is also quite good.

Here's one that I haven't posted publicly as I intend to do spend more time on it. Please DO NOT put a like on it as it will be removed soon ! :?

EDIT - Sorry that was not the right link. Soundcloud has special links for private files. Here it is. I will put this one in public although I will work on it a bit more before doing so:

Jonetsu, thanks for comment! :)

Cello sample from Fluid-sf2-bank, flute - dualtone - Fluid-bank+Ixox flute, and I record on tracks data of midi-controllers: modulate, expression. Plugins - eq, compression. Exist good step: buy classical flute and cello :D I love go to classical concerts, on photo concert for cello solo, Bach, suite №6, in Lutheran church, and in last decade listen orchestra with conductor Fabio Mastrandgelo in Estonian church https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HdOfGxf9Z8

Dmitry Golubovsky - I like too, nice track "November Rose".
Interesting track on link, fantastical atmosphere, peculiar sounds :)

Hello,

The concert piece was great. People should not applaude so fast at the end. There should be silence.

Maybe I should listen to classical music from time to time.

Where did you get the sf2 file(s) from ? I'm, not familiar with sf2 so "Fluid-sf2-bank" does not mean much to me.

The background for "November Rose" is the book by Kathrin Stengel on death ?

If I would buy a flute and cello and start playing, I would scare people. I will try to sing before that. :)

Oh come on, given enough practice, you can sound wonderful on cello or flute.

Folderol, thank you! :)

Jonetsu, people in the concert applaud as they see fit, they sat silently and quietly throughout the play, swept by a powerful sound stream, in our century of vanity this is a feat, and therefore their irrepressible energy is looking for a way out, for example in applause, they do not need to be restrained if they want, they are living people, not cosmic fairies :)

If you work on Ubuntu/Debian-like system you can get Fluid R3 soundfont bank from repository, find in Synaptic "fluid-soundfont-gm" and "fluid-soundfont-gs", install it, find location where system put it, and plug this bank to core of QSynth, or Fluidsynth in Calf host. Also you can download from page: https://sourceforge.net/p/fluidsynth/wiki/SoundFont/

There are so lot samples, that drown in them :) You can start with the concrete above bank and master it. Search to the sample branches on this forum
https://www.linuxmusicians.com/viewforum.php?f=50
and on KRV, as exemple https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewforu ... a140f7e3fb

Than search other sample formats - GIG and SFZ. Nice sample lib in sfz - Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra, also exist sf2-version of this lib:
https://musescore.org/en/node/267362
I just dounload it, but not test it. SFZ version very good.

Cheers!

PS Yesterday on children concert piece for flute at Lermontov Library :)
