Shugo Tokumaru music is bright in tone and very creative, using mostly acoustic instruments and anything that can make a sound, like toys and such. I follow his music since quite a few years now.
Here is a video live in a South Korean studio, to give an idea of the music:

The latest album is called "Lift" and while on sale as a CD, the record company also put it on youtube at:

Re: Latest Shugo Tokumaru album
In that video there are curious musical 'machines'. They are not there just for fun. It turns out there's a whole story behind them, the story of Meiwa Denki. The BBC had earlier this year a short report on them:

Not wanting to drag that too long, I had to also post this Swiss video of Meiwa Denki ... and you must turn on captions for when the Swiss German presenter talks (or leave it on). Because this is all about non-sense machines and the captions makes it even funnier. I understand a good bit of German, so this is a riot. But even without understanding, the captions adds a "non sense" "mechanical" touch.

Wonder if any of his controllers runs Linux...
