hey, new onto this forum, from new york

i am a hardcore/speedcore producer, i formally used fl studio but just switched to ubuntu as OS so must use qtractor.

If Qtractor is working for you, that's great, but you might try LMMS, which is supposed to be familiar to FL Studio users. I don't really know though, since I settled on Ardour after trying some of the other options.
