Latency in LMMS UbuntuStudio

First of all, Hello to all of you!
I need some help with my Linux-setup. I have about 117ms latency. I have measured it with a microphone and Audacity. The first sound is when i hit the key with my finger, the last is the output from the speaker. Time between them = Latency
I have searched and found the trick with the "hw:x,x" command, but it did not help. When trying to do this in the MIDI-Settings, the LMMS is set to "No MIDI-Dummy" or so after restart.
I am running LMMS on Ubuntu Studio with this setup:
(Roland DUO-CAPTURE EX Soundcard) <usb> (DELL Latitude E6420 w/Ubuntu Studio) <usb> (Novation Nocturn 25 keyboard)
Can someone help me? Se attached pictures. The Buffersize-Lantency is shown as 256frames/5,8ms.
