Hello,

when I went onto this site (http://www.linuxmusicians.com) right now, I got a safety warning (see screenshot). Does this mean something important?

The site admins or the hosting company messed up. They should have noticed by now.. it might take a few days to fix though.. maybe longer if they're on vacation.

It's fairly safe to bypass the SSL warning for a forum... the main risk is that your account could get hacked.. but it's just a forum.

If you use the same password on other sites, change it.

Why not fix this:
Your connection is not secure

The owner of linuxmusicians.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, [your] browser has not connected to this website.

linuxmusicians.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.grus.uberspace.de, grus.uberspace.de

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

?

Yup. I'd like to say it was the hosting company (uberspace), as "it worked fine before", but they're generally very reliable so I'm not entirely sure. Anyway I've reconfigured the SSL certificate and it seems fine now again.
