Hi everyone,
after discovering that I wasn't able to load a preset in SetBFree simply because of my locale (my locale is Italian rather than English, and therefore a number value such as 2.5 is shown as 2,5 when saving a preset). Due to this issue, I also had problems loading presets saved when using VST instruments.
Aside from being a good lesson in locales (something to keep in mind if you're having problems with loading presets!), what should I adjust in my settings so that my presets are saved correctly, so that I don't have to open each preset file and replace all the "," with "." ? Can I change locale without having to create a new user account?
Thanks in advance!
brian

Re: Locale issue
Have you tried changing "Regional Formats" to English?
You can try this in the language support dialog ("gnome-language-selector" in ubuntu)
