Converting audio files in Dolphin doesn't work

If I right click on an audio file and go to Actions > Convert To, when I choose a format to convert to I can see a window or pop up very briefly but it disappears and nothing else happens, no files are created or converted.
I ran dolphin in a terminal and it gave me this when doing this but as far as I've read the errors are fairly normal:
Any idea why this isn't working? It would be very handy if it did work.
This is from the kxstidio iso install by the way.
