Ubuntu and no sound in headphones

Hello,
please help
after some hours of fight I got stucked with strange (and utfg-resistant
) issue.
Situation: Xubuntu 14.04 and netbook Asus EEE, Guitar > USB soundcard > JACK routing > Intel sound card > "rock'n'roll"
. Everything works fine while using speaker. But when I connect headphones (note:Asus EEE has one imput for headphones or mic - dono if it's important), laptop is left mute and I am not able to get any sound out of it. It is also the same after plugging headphones out again, only restart helps.
- I check alsamixer, no mute or low volume there.
- Routing in JACK goes to system, withnout headphones conected it works ok.
After some research I find out that it can be somehow connected with change of sound card channel after headphones connection. But I am nto sure about it and I also wasn't able to find proper setting by trial-and-error method.
Any help appreciated (mostly by my neighbohours
). Thanks in advance!
