Kernel Suggestion...???

Hello there,
I have been using KXStudio 14.04b-64bit Quite very satisfied with xfce installed
But occasionally i am having xruns While using linux-low-latency kernel but i also tried liquorix kernel http://liquorix.net and i personally found that i have less xruns than the default kernel i have also tried rt kernel also had less xruns with it.so i should confess that i am totally confused and i also do game design work in blender
Finally what are ur opinions about Kernels low-latency Vs RT Vs liquorix and suggestions and free advice.....
