Cadence Feature request

I dont know how difficult this would be or how useful it would be to others.
Sometimes when jack crashes with a firewire audio interface it cannot be restarted. even with the force restart option. In my case a Firepod shows an indicator light showing that its still connected. I have two options .. I can power cycle the unit. or i can issue the command ffado-test BusReset as user. could we put a button on the system screen of cadence that says firewire reset that issues this command.
