Hi guys,

I tried to update my KXStudio 12.04 (64-bit) recently, following the instructions at: http://kxstudio.sourceforge.net/Repositories. I've downloaded kxstudio-repos_8.3.1~kxstudio1_all.deb but when I try to install it using dpkg -i, I got this error:

dpkg: regarding kxstudio-repos_8.3.1~kxstudio1_all.deb containing kxstudio-repos, pre-dependency problem:
kxstudio-repos pre-depends on libc6 (>= 2.19~)
libc6 is installed, but is version 2.15-0ubuntu10.10.
dpkg: error processing kxstudio-repos_8.3.1~kxstudio1_all.deb (--install):
pre-dependency problem - not installing kxstudio-repos

Should I assume tha KXStudio doesn't support Ubuntu 12.04 anymore?

Thanks you FalkTX, your work in KXStudio is excellent. It would be nice if you update the homepage at http://kxstudio.sourceforge.net/, it still says: "KXStudio provides Debian and Ubuntu compatible repositories and its own Linux Distribution currently based on Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS".

Is there a way to update from 12.04 to 14.04 without needing to start from scratch?
