Newer version of pugl in kx repos?

I wanted to test the pugl library, but the example on GitHub fails to compile with the package against `0~svn32+dfsg0-1`. It would be nice if there could be an updated package, so I do not have to put a lot of stuff in `/usr/local`. Would it be to mutch work to add it to the KX repo?
