No sound in Skype

Hello.

Since I installed KXStudio I have never had sound on Skype. Even the test sound is completely silent.
The ALSA-JACK bridge is active though.
In the Options menu, the audio device selected is "virtual", which is the only entry present...
Does anyone know what kind of audio system the program really uses?
