Where are the printer settings?

Hi everyone. I'm using kx studio 14.04 x64
I can't find the printer settings:
1.- The printer icon doesn't appear in the system tray ( not even hidden), No option in system tray settings to add it.
2.- In "System settings", in "hardware" section, there isn't either the icon for printer settings.

All the other KDE distros I've seen have both.

Pls HELP: How can I set my epson stylus? or Where can I find the settings?

I really like kxstudio, but I need to print.
