GNOME and Groupon: Trademark Battle

Does anyone know about the trademark battle between GNOME Foundation and Groupon? It's not music-related, but I think this is important for those who love GNOMe and open source like me.

Seems to be resolved already. Maybe they could rebrand it to Bob, like MS Bob.
Do you think Groupon was actually aware that there's a OS/desktop called GNOME?
